Obermayer’s Local Government Law Practice Group has extensive experience representing local governments, local and regional authorities, counties, boroughs and townships, and zoning and planning boards. We understand that representing governmental entities is different than assisting private companies, and are seasoned in assisting public bodies comply with the law in all aspects of their operation. Navigating complex local and state government regulations and policies requires a substantive understanding of legislative and administrative policy.

On behalf of clients, our attorneys handle public finance work and bond issues, waste and sewer disposal, environmental matters and zoning and land use.
