Obermayer Attorneys to Present at PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting 2022
Obermayer will have a strong presence at this year’s PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting, which will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel on January 14-16, 2022.
Julie Colton will be moderating the “State of Family Law” panel and Samantha Evian will be the moderator for a session, titled “HIPAA Is Not An Objection and Other Fun Facts About Medical Records.”
Michael Bertin, David Ladov, Hillary Moonay, and Stephanie Winegrad will be presenting at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Program, titled “Hot Tips.” This will be a fast-paced program with each speaking fellow presenting a 3–5-minute tip for all practitioners.
Amanda Frett will co-present a panel, titled “Case Law, Rules & Legislative Updates,” discussing the most recent appellate decisions available since the last meeting.
Stephanie Stecklair‘s panel is titled “Pathways to Success in Family Law for Young Lawyers.” The program is geared specifically towards law students and young lawyers or those new to the profession (1 to 5 years of experience).
