On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Obermayer attorneys Stephanie Winegrad and Caitlin Foley presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) 2026 Family Law Institute.
Stephanie’s panel titled “Are the Custody Factors on the Road to Extinction? How to Question and/or Defend the Unwritten Presumption of 50-50 Custody in Pennsylvania,” explored evolving approaches to custody determinations in Pennsylvania.
Caitlin co-presented “Case Law Update,” offering a review of recent developments in support and alimony case law.
