Award-Winning Issue of The Pennsylvania Lawyer Features Hillary Moonay and Amanda Frett’s Analysis of Landmark Child Support Decision

The January/February 2025 issue of The Pennsylvania Lawyer was honored with a 2025 Luminary Award from the National Association for Bar Professionals (NABE), recognizing excellence in legal publishing and thought leadership. The award-winning issue features an article by Obermayer partners Hillary Moonay, co-chair of the firm’s Family Law Department, and Amanda Frett. Their article, “Pennsylvania Supreme Court Establishes Landmark Rule on Third-Party Child Support,” examines Caldwell v. Jaurigue, a significant decision by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania addressing third-party child support obligations.
