Obermayer Partner Invited as Faculty to 21st Annual Jefferson Anesthesia Conference

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner and Chair of the Professional Liability Department Gary M. Samms will be a featured speaker at the 21st Annual Jefferson Anesthesia Conference in Big Sky, Montana. Samms will provide three specific presentations. The topics include “Dealing With Unexpected or Poor Outcomes After Anesthesia” and “New Developments in Anesthesia Malpractice” as well as problem-based learning discussions. Samms is a noted trial attorney and speaker.

During his career, Samms has won over 150 major jury trials.
