Michael Bertin to Moderate at the PBI’s “The Impact of COVID-19 on Custody Matters 2020”

On Monday, October 12, 2020, family law partner Michael Bertin will moderate PBI’s program, titled “The Impact of COVID-19 on Custody Matters 2020: A Discussion of Conflicts and Resolutions during These Challenging Times.” This webcast will include in-depth discussions of these conflicts from the practitioner and therapist perspectives along with the judicial perspective. Attendees will gain insight into how to resolve these matters and best represent their clients while also protecting the best interests of the children in these cases.

Michael is immediate past-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of its Executive Committee and Council (the governing bodies of the Section), and is a former chair and member of its Procedural Rules Committee, Legislative Committee, and Program Committee. Michael is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the current co-chair of its Custody Committee. He is a former member of the Board of Managers (the governing body) of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the AAML. Michael also serves as chair of Obermayer’s Pro Bono Committee.
