Michael Bertin to Present at AAML Multi-State Comparative Family Law Seminar
Join Michael Bertin, Co-Chair of Obermayer’s Family Law Group, as he presents at the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Multi-State Comparative Family Law Seminar on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The program features three focused panels, Agreements, Custody, and Alimony, led by AAML Fellows from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, offering comparative and timely insights on critical family law issues. Michael currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the AAML, following his terms as President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Secretary of the chapter. He is also a member of its Board of Managers (the governing body). He focuses his practice on child custody, child support, and divorce, including alimony, property distribution, and prenuptial agreements. Michael has written over 140 legal articles and co-authored Pennsylvania Child Custody Law, Practice, and Procedure, a comprehensive guide on Pennsylvania child custody law.
