Gary Samms Obtains a Defense Verdict on Behalf of a Plastic Surgeon

Gary Samms obtained a defense verdict in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on behalf of a plastic surgeon accused of improper treatment.  The case involved allegations of failure to diagnose infection leading to MRSA, sepsis, renal failure, and extensive hospitalization.  The Honorable Glynnis Hill presided over the 5-day trial.
