Obermayer Adds Corporate and Real Estate Partner
Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP adds Andrew S. Kasmen to the firm’s business & finance department. Kasmen practices in the firm’s West Conshohocken and Philadelphia offices.

Kasmen serves as a strategic advisor, advocate and negotiator for his clients on all matters, and prioritizes being part of his client’s team, rather than just a consultant. He
primarily practices in all aspects of real estate law, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales of real property, and other transactional matters. Kasmen has experience negotiating development agreements, easement agreements and agreements concerning covenants and restrictions for developers, property owners and tenants. He also concentrates his practice in counseling public and private corporations and other enterprises in simple and complex business transactions, including corporate and contract issues, day-to-day legal matters, governance issues, entity selection and contract negotiations.
