David Ladov Named as National Law Journal “Divorce, Trust and Estates Traiblazer”

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner David Ladov was named to the National Law Journal’slist of Divorce, Trust and Estates Trailblazers. The award honors individuals who have changed the practice in their respective fields through innovative and exceptional legal strategies.

As chair of the firm’s family law department, Ladov handles both routine and complex cases, representing clients in a wide range of matters involving the most personal and sensitive legal issues that affect every aspect of families in transition. He is a past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Chapter, and a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. Ladov is immediate past chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee, and the editor of Slicing Up the Pie, a PBI Press Publication on property division in Pennsylvania, and editor of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer.
