Michael Bertin and Adam Tanker to Present at the PBI’s Family Law Institute 2024

Obermayer partners Michael Bertin and Adam Tanker will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBI) Family Law Institute 2024 on April 17-18, 2024.

Michael’s panel, titled “Equitable Distribution in Divorce,” will focus on the complex fact patterns that arise in numerous divorce cases. The CLE discussion will cover the following topics:

How to size up the case and narrow the issues
Preferred litigation strategies
Divorce Hearing Officers’ Expectations for Lawyers

Adam’s panel, titled “Case Law Update” will discuss the recently enacted caselaw in the areas of Divorce, Custody, and Support.
