Family law partner Stephanie Winegrad recently volunteered at a pro bono legal clinic at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, answering online civil law questions for low-income Pennsylvanians.

The clinic supported Pennsylvania Free Legal Answers (PA FLA), a virtual program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the American Bar Association. The program allows income-eligible residents to submit civil legal questions online for volunteer lawyers to answer. During the event, Stephanie and Villanova law students teamed up to answer active questions about child support, custody, and divorce.

In addition to family law, the PA FLA platform provides vital legal assistance in other essential civil areas, including landlord-tenant disputes and civil rights.
