Stephanie Winegrad to Speak on Fee Agreements at Bucks County Bar Association Meeting

Stephanie Winegrad, a partner in family law at Obermayer, will present at the Bucks County Bar Association Family Law Section meeting on November 18, 2025, where she will focus on the ethics of drafting and use of fee agreements. Stephanie has more than 25 years of experience in family law, litigating and negotiating cases across Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. She has extensive experience handling high-conflict custody disputes and complex financial matters, representing many high-net-worth professionals and business owners, as well as dependent spouses who have been out of the workforce for years. Stephanie has also represented clients struggling with addiction, as well as spouses and partners navigating the challenges of a loved one’s addiction.
