Obermayer Business Immigration Partner Shaun Staller spoke at the 2025 American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference, which was held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, CO, from June 18-21.
Shaun’s panel, “Es and Ls: Options for Company Owners, Leaders, Specialists (Fundamentals),” explored the advantages of E and L visas over H-1Bs, particularly their exemption from lottery constraints.
