Obermayer Partner Speaks at Philadelphia Labor and Employment Relations Association Meeting
Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Michael S. Pepperman presented on changes and implications of the NRLB’s revised Representation Election Rules at the Philadelphia Labor and Employment Relations Association Meeting. Along with a panel of labor practitioners, he discussed new NLRB Rules and their impact on the American workplace.
Pepperman focuses his practice on labor relations and employment law, handling matters including, all aspects of employment litigation, federal and state affirmative action compliance, fair housing cases, occupational safety and health issues and labor arbitrations. He has written articles on a wide variety of labor relations and employment law topics along with being a frequent speaker to trade associations and professional groups. He is the chair of his firm’s Labor Relations Practice Group and was named one of the Top 100 Labor Attorneys in the United States by the Labor Relations Institute.
