Dove’s employment law and professional liability practice provides defense representation to corporate clients and executives, professional service providers, multibillion-dollar international restaurant chains, hospitals, municipalities, housing authorities, nonprofits, and boards of directors in a variety of high-exposure matters. Supported by her extensive experience in employment related issues, Dove will provide insights on the current complex employment landscape, providing an update as to the new protections, training must be aware of the potential exposures’ employers face and the continuing duties to update, train and provide protections to protected employees in the workplace.

Ivo represents employers in their  defense of employees’ claims in state or federal court, in private binding arbitration, or before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”). He has substantial experience defending lawsuits and charges brought by employees under a variety of federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and public policy wrongful discharge and workers’ compensation retaliation claims.

Ivo is also the editor-in-chief of the firm’s HR Legalist blog, focusing on traditional employment law topics such as discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge from a management perspective.
