Michael Pepperman to Present on Employment Terminations at the 2023 RCPA Conference
Michael Pepperman, Chair of Obermayer’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Department, will be presenting at the 2023 Rehabilitation & Community Providers Association (RCPA) conference, held on October 10 – 13, 2023, in Hershey, PA.
Michael’s topic, titled “Termination Without Litigation,” will focus on “at-will” employment, and preventative discipline, and will provide employers with valuable tips on navigating the hiring process as well as terminations.
Michael focuses his practice exclusively on the representation of management in all aspects of labor relations and employment law. He counsels employers throughout the country in a wide range of businesses including manufacturers and fabricators, hospitality, retail, food services, transportation, health care, and facilities management businesses among others as well as government entities and municipalities. He partners with clients to provide direction and step-by-step counsel in an effort to proactively address and manage employment and labor-related problems.
