Obermayer Attorneys Lead and Present at 2026 PBA Family Law Section Summer Meeting
Obermayer attorneys are participating in the 2026 Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Family Law Section Summer Meeting, taking place July 9–12, 2026, in Chicago, Illinois. The annual meeting brings together family law practitioners from across Pennsylvania for continuing legal education, professional development, and networking. Obermayer attorneys are contributing to the meeting in a variety of leadership, planning, and educational roles, including:
- Hillary Moonay – Moderator of “Don’t Get Blown Over By Trust and Estate Issues in ED,” which examines the treatment of trusts and estate planning in equitable distribution matters, including the valuation of trusts, beneficial interests, and estate planning considerations before, during, and after divorce.
- Julie Colton – Presenter of “Running the Loop: Chasing Custody Jurisdiction in Circles,” addressing complex jurisdictional issues in child custody cases.
- Edward “Ed” DiPietro – Presenter of “Deed Dish Decision – A Slice of Case Law Rules and Legislative Updates,” highlighting recent case law and legislative developments affecting family law practitioners.
- Amanda Frett – Programming Committee Co-Chair, leading the development and coordination of the Summer Meeting’s educational programming.
- Stephanie Stecklair Tarantino – Sponsorship Committee Co-Chair, leading sponsorship efforts for the Summer Meeting.
- Adam Tanker – Member of the Programming Committee, assisting with planning and developing the conference’s educational programming.
