Nate Fox Is the Attorney Behind One of Lehigh Valley’s Real Estate & Development 2026 Top Projects

Nate Fox, who leads Obermayer’s Suburban Land Use team, served as project attorney for Advanced Healthcare of Allentown, one of the developments recognized as a Lehigh Valley Business (LVB) 2026 Top Projects Award winner.

The award will be presented on March 11, 2026, at the LVB Real Estate & Development Summit, an annual event that brings together regional decision-makers across commercial real estate, property management, transportation and logistics, accounting and banking, architecture and engineering, and municipal leadership and land planning.
