Gary Samms Delivers a Defense Verdict on Behalf of an Anesthesiologist

Gary M. Samms, Chair of both Obermayer’s Professional Liability and Catastrophic Loss Group, along with George Knoell of Kane Pugh delivered a defense verdict on behalf of an anesthesiologist after a six-day trial in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.  Plaintiff claimed the anesthesiologist had perforated the throat of the patient during intubation causing near death, sepsis, and long-term use of a feeding tube.
