David Nasatir Moderates CCPA Meet the Developers Panel

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner David A. Nasatir moderated Center City’s Proprietors Association’s “Meet the Developers – Next Generation” event. The panel included some of the city’s innovative developers and visionaries who are driving changes to Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and skyline. The discussion, before a full room of attendees, centered on current projects, rationale behind site selection, challenges to development, and the anticipated impact of various projects on the city’s overall economic growth and quality of life.

Nasatir chairs Obermayer’s Business & Finance Department where he practices in the areas of corporate real estate and finance. He has served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and currently serves on the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors and the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority. Previously, he was a member of the Montgomery County Development Corporation Board of Directors.
