David Ladov Speaks at Penn State Career Panel

Obermayer partner David L. Ladov presented at the 2019 Penn State Career Panel, held in University Park Campus on Wednesday, October 16th. The panel focused on working with children and explored careers in early childhood education, family law, services for maltreated youth, program management, and multi-service agencies. Professionals in various social service fields spoke about their current positions, career paths, and provided advice to students about how to enter that field.

David is chair of Obermayer’s family law department. He represents clients in a wide range of matters involving the most personal and sensitive legal issues that affect every aspect of families in transition. He is a past president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Chapter, and a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. David is immediate past chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee, and the editor of Slicing Up the Pie, a PBI Press Publication on property division in Pennsylvania, and editor of the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer.
