Obermayer Attorney Presents Wage and Hour Seminar

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorney Ivo Becica presented a 50-minute webinar on FLSA Compliance which focused on looking at what will happen to the new overtime regulations now a federal court in Texas has issued a preliminary injunction. The webinar was hosted by TSheets, a time tracking software company, and HintonBurdick, CPAs and advisors.

Becica focuses his practice on advising clients on employment-related issues, and defending employment matters, including administrative charges and litigation if it should arise.
