Trish is an attorney in Obermayer’s Litigation Department. She concentrates her practice on real estate/title issues, quiet title actions, and complex commercial disputes. Trish has advised both regional and national corporations on complex commercial litigation in areas like financial services, oil and gas, employment, and real estate. She is a trusted advisor in crafting legal strategy, managing risk, and efficiently resolving matters.

In addition to her litigation practice, Trish maintains a niche focus on dual citizenship, where she helps clients overcome record discrepancies and secures the court orders necessary for recognition of foreign citizenship. She frequently obtains “one and the same” (OATS) determinations and other vital record amendments, collaborating with Italian counsel to ensure clients’ applications succeed.

When not in the office, Trish enjoys reading, working out, spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and pets. She also loves exploring different towns and discovering new places.

Trish has a strong background advising regional and national corporations on complex commercial litigation, covering sectors such as financial services, oil and gas, employment, and real estate. She received the Cali Award for achieving the highest grade in Mineral and Gas Law – Lease and Conveyances and earned a Pro Bono Certificate for her dedicated service.
