Susan serves as Director of Knowledge Management. In this role, she performs in-depth research necessary for the success of cases, transactions, and projects handled by the firm. She also gathers information to help attorneys as they prepare for meetings and presentations, and manages and curates the firm’s print and electronic research collections.
Susan most enjoys employing creative research strategies and solving mysteries. She says that the variety of research queries keeps things interesting – every day presents a different challenge and a new opportunity in which to learn.
When not working, Susan enjoys traveling, reading, playing disc golf, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
