“I see my clients as whole people, not just legal matters. My role is to meet them where they are and support every part of their experience.”

- Michaela Rygalski

Michaela focuses her practice exclusively on matrimonial law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, custody, child and spousal support, prenuptial agreements, and domestic abuse. She guides individuals and families through major life transitions with clarity and compassion.

Michaela became an attorney to stand beside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. When everything feels uncertain, she strives to be a steady, reliable advocate who protects her clients’ interests and helps them move forward with confidence. She is motivated by the opportunity to help individuals begin their next chapter with a sense of control.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys hosting dinner gatherings and game nights, following Philadelphia sports, reading, collecting vintage cookbooks, and spending time with her dog, Ember.

Michaela is dedicated to expanding her expertise in developing case strategies and providing legal advice across a broad range of family law matters. She approaches each case with a thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset, ensuring her clients receive practical guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.

During law school, Michaela interned with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Department of Children & Families. In this role, she drafted legal memoranda, briefs, and motions, and gained valuable insight into the legal issues impacting children and families. She later joined a boutique NJ firm as an intern during her final year of law school, continued with the firm as a law clerk after graduation, and ultimately began her career there as an Associate Attorney. There she continued to gain meaningful experience while helping New Jersey families navigate through difficult legal matters.

Michaela is actively involved in her community, serving as an Advisory Board Member at St. Mark Catholic School in Bristol, Pennsylvania, where she is also a member of the Alumni Engagement Committee.

During law school, Michaela was recognized for her dedication to public service. At graduation, she received the Pro Bono Publico Award, and was nominated for the Robert J. Cooper Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project Excellence Award.
