“My priority is to understand a client’s business quickly, so I can offer practical guidance and strategies that fit their legal and business needs.”
Meredith is an attorney in Obermayer’s Litigation Department. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, and appellate matters.
Meredith has years of experience litigating in the courtroom, deposing and interviewing witnesses, crafting creative legal arguments, and negotiating resolutions. By identifying the key issues early in a case, she helps her clients understand their exposure and develops strategies to protect their legal rights and reputations. Meredith is known for her attention to detail while maintaining a clear focus on the big picture.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, running, reading, and spending time at the Jersey Shore.
Meredith has extensive experience across all phases of civil and commercial litigation. She manages complex discovery, takes and defends depositions, drafts and argues motions, and represents clients in hearings and trials. In white-collar criminal matters and government investigations, she advises clients on federal and state grand jury subpoenas and CIDs, conducts internal investigations, represents clients in regulatory enforcement matters, and negotiates with government agencies to protect their interests. When clients face criminal charges, Meredith handles discovery, negotiates resolutions, argues pre- and post-trial motions, defends jury trials involving complex federal criminal offenses, advocates for clients at sentencing hearings, and manages appeals.
