Josh is an attorney in Obermayer’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on medical malpractice and professional liability defense. He represents physicians, health care facilities, and other health care providers in all aspects of the litigation process, managing every phase of a case, including client correspondence, document review and production, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, argument, and settlement negotiations.
When not working, Josh loves to spend time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the Philadelphia Union.
Prior to attending law school, Josh completed a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with concentrations in domestic electoral politics and behavior, and global political corruption.
Josh has experience in drafting legal documents and discovery requests and responses. While in law school, Josh successfully obtained lifetime protections from abuse for all Delaware Civil Clinic clients for the semester. He also drafted a Request for Relief used in the Dignity Rights Practicum’s filing to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights.
