Hara is an attorney in Obermayer’s Business and Finance Department, where she focuses her practice on a broad spectrum of business and financial transactions, from small business deals to multimillion-dollar mergers. She represents a diverse client base including financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, non-profit organizations, and private clients.
Hara partners closely with clients to navigate complex legal transactions while positioning them for long-term growth. She brings a business-minded approach to her legal practice, drawing from her own experience as a business owner. She is especially interested in the entrepreneurial mindset, how founders assess risk, cultivate relationships, and strategically position themselves in the market.
Outside the office, Hara enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and exercising.
Hara has extensive experience as a corporate attorney, advising clients at every stage of the business lifecycle. She regularly counsels companies on strategic growth initiatives, assists with launching new ventures, and negotiates complex business deals across a wide range of industries.
Hara serves as Co-Chair of the Family Advisory Council for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Pennsylvania Hospital. She is also an active volunteer and Circle of Champions member with the March of Dimes, and a founding member and event committee member of Cheers for CHOP.
