Audrey is an attorney in Obermayer’s Family Law Group, representing clients in all aspects and stages of matrimonial law. She advises clients on matters involving divorce, custody, child and spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and domestic violence.

Before joining Obermayer, Audrey practiced at a high-net-worth boutique matrimonial firm in New York City. Before that, she practiced corporate law at one of the world’s leading law firms, where she focused on complex restructurings and bankruptcies, in addition to having a robust pro bono practice. Her experience in high-stakes negotiations, finance, and deal-making gives her a strong understanding of the financial and business issues that often play an important role in family law matters. She brings that business perspective, along with empathy and practical problem-solving, to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families. Above all, Audrey’s top priority is the best interests of children.

Outside the office, Audrey enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hiking, and traveling. She is an avid reader and practices yoga.

Audrey represents clients across the economic spectrum — from everyday earners to high-net-worth individuals, including executives, business owners, attorneys, financiers, and doctors, along with their spouses — in a wide range of family law matters. She regularly negotiates and drafts complex settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements. While a majority of her matters settle before trial, Audrey has also second-chaired trials and depositions.

Before practicing family law, Audrey practiced corporate restructuring, where she handled complex negotiations and financial matters for large financial institutions and companies, while maintaining a strong pro bono practice. Her pro bono work included a multi-year criminal resentencing case for a domestic violence survivor, a wrongful conviction investigation, and custody cases.

In law school, Audrey provided more than 400 hours of pro bono service, including work with a custody clinic and the Child Advocacy Unit at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She was a quarterfinalist for Penn Law’s moot court competition, served as Research Editor of the Journal of Business Law, and received the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Eve Biskind Klothen Law Student Pro Bono Distinction Award.

Audrey’s essay on Pennsylvania custody laws and their impact on incarcerated parents and their children won the Dorothy E. Roberts Public Interest Essay Competition and was published in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.

Audrey is also a member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
