Tabas is a partner and Chairman of the Health Law Department and Chairman of the Election Law Practice Group. Prior to joining Obermayer, she was District Attorney of Montour County from 2012-2016. Notably, she was the first woman elected as District Attorney in the County, where she was responsible for all trial and appellate work in state and federal court for the County. Woebse represents health care providers, hospitals, single and multi-specialty physician group practices, and other health industry entities regarding health care regulatory and legal matters. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the laws of the United States – private sector (CIPP/US) and in governmental regulations (CIPP/G).
