Obermayer Partner Henry Noye Spotlighted in The Legal Intelligencer

June 10, 2022

Henry Noye, a partner and member of Obermayer’s Catastrophic Loss Group, was recently featured in an in-depth interview in The Legal Intelligencer. In the article, titled “Keystone Conversations: Product Liability Defense Litigator Henry Noye on Post-COVID Mediations, Balancing Work With Parenting Autistic Son,” published on June 8, 2022, Henry shared his thoughts on the post-COVID-19 legal world and how various life experiences shaped him as an attorney.

When it comes to the legal landscape, Henry believes that the economic impact of the pandemic will likely result in an influx of personal injury litigation, especially in venues that have historically yielded notable recoveries for successful plaintiffs. He also does not predict a widespread return to traditional “in-person” litigation activity.

On a personal note, Henry also talked about how his military service and experience parenting a son with autism helped him learn to navigate challenges and grow as a person and as an attorney.
