Obermayer Adds Two New Partners

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP has added Michael D. Vagnoni, Esq. as a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Financial Reorganization Department and Alex P. Basilevsky, Esq. as a partner in the Litigation Department. Both attorneys practice in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Vagnoni focuses his practice on commercial bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. This includes representing debtors, institutional lenders, secured creditors, trade creditors, creditor committees, landlords, equipment lessors and Chapter 7 trustees in workouts, restructurings, foreclosures and bankruptcies.

Basilevsky represents clients in litigation involving complex scientific- or technical expert testimony, including both environmental and non-environmental litigation. He also has first chair trial experience, under both State and Federal law, with a focus on soil and water contamination. Beyond litigation, he also advises clients on environmental regulatory matters, including environmental issues arising during the purchase or sale of real estate.
