Obermayer Adds Family Law and Business Attorney

September 11, 2017

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP adds Leslie B. Spoltore to the firm’s Family Law Group and Business & Finance Department. She will be based in Obermayer’s Delaware office.

Spoltore focuses her practice in both family law and business law. She has experience in all Delaware courts, particularly with appeals to the Delaware Supreme Court. In her family law practice, she assists clients with divorce, adoptions, child support and alimony, custody and guardianship, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and property divisions, including the valuation of closely held businesses. In her business law practice, she handles commercial and corporate litigation, and has assisted with landlord/tenant disputes.

Spoltore is the firm’s seventh lateral hire since May. Obermayer is focusing on growing in its outer offices as well as in targeted practice areas. Earlier this summer partner Andrew Kasmen and attorney Remi Schwartz started in the West Conshohocken office. Kasmen focuses on real estate and corporate law and Schwartz is in the family law department. Additionally, partner Michael Hooper joined in the firm’s Pittsburgh office where he will focus his practice on commercial transactions and large mineral title projects. In the Philadelphia office, Obermayer brought on health law attorney Arielle Lusardi and litigation attorney Andrew, as well as Alicia Sandoval in the firms Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Financial Reorganization Department. The firm plans to continue its steady growth.
