Michael Bertin Planning and Moderating PBI’s “Family Law Practice in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties”

Partner Michael Bertin is the course planner and moderator of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s program titled, “Family Law Practice in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.” The program will discuss how to navigate family law across PA counties, specifically Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties, and how to effectively represent clients in these counties. This educational program for practicing attorneys will take place on Thursday, January 24, 2019, in the CLE Conference Center inside the Wanamaker building.  Michael recently moderated this same conference on January 9th in Montgomery County.

Michael, who is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, is a family law attorney who focuses his practice on child custody, child support, and divorce, including the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, prenuptial agreements and related issues. He has written over 100 articles in well-known legal publications and co-authored Pennsylvania Child Custody Law, Practice, and Procedure, which consists of carefully condensed law and forms that keeps attorneys and the courts current on all areas of Pennsylvania child custody law.
