Melissa Osorio Dibble to Speak on Estate Planning and Charitable Giving

Join Melissa Osorio Dibble,  Chair of Obermayer’s Trusts & Estates practice group, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at The Samaritan Center in Voorhees Township, N.J., as she co-presents “Make a Will. Make an Impact.” The seminar will explain why having an up-to-date will and estate plan is important and how thoughtful planning can benefit both loved ones and charitable causes.

The program is hosted by Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee, a volunteer group of financial and legal professionals dedicated to educating the community about charitable estate planning. Melissa is a member of the committee and also serves on Samaritan’s Board of Trustees.

Melissa represents individuals, financial institutions, universities, charities, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in complex estate, trust, and guardianship disputes throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, guardianships, contested estate administrations, and other complex Orphans’ Court matters. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning and fiduciary litigation topics and is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect their legacies through thoughtful planning.
