Julie Colton to Present “What You Need to Know About Child Support in PA”

Join family law partner Julie Colton on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 as she presents at a webinar, titled “What You Need to Know About Child Support in PA,” hosted by the Center for Women in Pittsburgh. Julie will cover the essentials of child support, such as how child support is calculated in Pennsylvania, why a support award may be modified or terminated, and whether a child’s health insurance or child care costs are considered part of a support award.

Julie focuses her practice on family law matters including divorce, child custody, support, asset division, prenuptial agreements, and international custody. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Treasurer, Court Relations Committee Member. Julie has published articles relating to a variety of family law topics in the Legal Intelligencer, Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, The Journal of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and Jurist. She has also appeared on “Dealing with Divorce” on KDKA Radio, discussing divorce and custody issues.
