Jennifer Iseman and Shari Veisblatt to Participate in BCBA’s CLE “The ABC’s Of Proving And Defending A Cohabitation Case”

Family law partners Jennifer Iseman and Shari Veisblatt will be participating in the Burlington County Bar Association’s (BCBA) virtual CLE, titled “The ABC’s Of Proving and Defending a Cohabitation Case” on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Jennifer will be co-moderating the seminar and Shari will participate in the discussion.

Jennifer is a partner in Obermayer’s Family Law practice in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, focusing on divorce, support, and custody litigation in the courts. Jennifer regularly negotiates complex, financial-based matrimonial settlements as well as child custody and parenting-time agreements. Clients seek Jennifer’s representation in all aspects and stages of matrimonial, custody, and support litigation. Shari is a highly regarded matrimonial attorney, representing clients in all aspects and stages of matrimonial litigation. As part of her practice she offers mediation services to her clients. As a trusted and concerned divorce attorney she also assists with domestic abuse, adoption, child support, alimony, custody, and paternity matters. Shari handles complex matrimonial matters involving the engagement of variety of experts, including forensic accountants, vocational experts, real estate and personalty appraisers, and custody and alcohol evaluators. In addition, Shari helps clients with the valuation and distribution of complex business and professional assets and executive benefits, such as stock options and restricted stock.
