Hillary Moonay Co-Presents at BCBA’s CLE “2020 Family Law Update”
On January 21, 2020, family law partner Hillary Moonay will co-present at Bucks County Bar Association’s CLE, titled “2020 Family Law Update.” The panel will discuss the rules, statues, and case law that family law practitioners should know.
Hillary is a proven and trusted divorce attorney, who focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, arbitration, and related issues. Hillary contributed to the book, Slicing Up the Pie: Property Distribution in Pennsylvania, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Press.
