Edmond George Presents at PICPA Forensic & Litigation Services Conference

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP partner Edmond M. George presented, “Litigation Support Services Track: Testimonial Skills Workshop,” at the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Forensic & Litigation Services Conference. The conference, aimed at accounting professionals, provided guidance to attendees on developing effective skills and strategies for depositions.  The presentation focused on issues relating to accountants as witnesses, experts, parties and potential defendants in formal court proceedings.

Chair of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Financial Reorganization Department, George’s practice focuses on all types of commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchises, and other business litigation. He also has extensive experience in out of court workouts, restructurings, intercreditor agreements, bankruptcies and other similar arrangements.
