Dove A.E. Burns Featured in Super Lawyers® Magazine for her Prior Opera Singing

Obermayer labor and employment partner Dove A.E. Burns was featured in Super Lawyers® Magazine, New York Metro 2021 issue for her prior career as an opera singer. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Dove studied opera performance at Northwestern University and Tanglewood. A dramatic soprano with a focus on becoming a Wagnerian soprano. Dove performances ranged from recitals and art songs to operettas and operas. Then the pivot to the law.

Dove concentrates her practice in employment law and professional liability. She has experience defending corporate clients and executives, professional service providers, multibillion-dollar international restaurant chains, hospitals, municipalities, housing authorities, nonprofits, and boards of directors in a variety of high-exposure matters.
