Dominic Liberi Appointed Chair of Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Transaction Law Committee
Obermayer partner Dominic Liberi was appointed Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s (PBCBA) Transaction Law Committee for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
As Chair, Dominic will lead the committee’s programming and initiatives while promoting engagement among attorneys practicing transactional law. The committee is dedicated to advancing the practice of business law, including financial services, securities, banking, and corporate law, through educational seminars, discussion forums, and networking opportunities. This appointment marks Dominic’s third term as chair, having previously served during the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 fiscal years.
Dominic is a partner in Obermayer’s Business & Finance Department with a broad-based practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership law, finance, technology law, securities, and commercial real estate. He advises established businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and investors on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, commercial lending, recapitalizations, restructurings, secured transactions, creditor and debtor rights, and regulatory issues involving securities and antitrust law.
