Matthew Green to Speak at ACC In-House Counsel Conference

Partner Matthew Green will be presenting at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 11th Annual In-House Counsel Conference on Wednesday, April 24. He will be joined by Courtney Dutter, Assistant General Counsel from iCIMS. Their presentation, titled “Top 3 Hot Topics in Contract Law,” will discuss class-action waivers, privacy and security protections against data breaches and cyber attacks, and crafting arbitration clauses.

Matthew is a litigation attorney, concentrating on commercial litigation and employment law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
