Obermayer Attorney Speaking at Annual Bench Bar Conference

Hillary J. Moonay, Esquire, recently returned attorney and partner of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, will be speaking at the Bucks County Bench Bar Annual Conference on a panel titled Alternatives to Litigation: Mediation for Family Law and Civil Litigation Practitioners. The panel will take place on Friday, September 21, at The Hotel Hershey.

Moonay, an experienced Family Law Mediator, will be accompanied by Barbara N. Lyons, Esquire, of Bucks County Mediation and Arbitration Center, and Honorable John J. Rufe, a senior Common Pleas judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

The course will offer an introduction to mediation and will expand into a discussion about the differences in mediating and litigating family law and civil law matters.
