David Nasatir Elected Vice Chair of Firm
Obermayer’s Management Committee has elected David A. Nasatir as the firm’s new Vice Chair, effective February 06, 2018. Nasatir, who currently heads Obermayer’s Business and Finance Department, continues to serve on the firm’s Management Committee as well. In his role as Vice Chair, Nasatir will work closely with Firm Chair Thomas A. Leonard III in steering the direction and growth of Obermayer.

Nasatir’s clients range from small family-owned businesses to some of the largest financial institutions in the United States. His diverse and extensive experience includes providing counsel to clients on public finance – both governmental clients and private sector clients seeking access to public finance opportunities – as well as zoning and general corporate and real estate issues, including handling the workout of complex financing projects and structuring of multi-million dollar real estate developments. Nasatir will continue to chair the firm’s Business and Finance Department and to co-chair the firm’s Workout and Lender Liability Group.
