Title:            Diversity and Inclusion 3.0

Diversity has evolved from racial integration (1.0) to including, inter alia, quantified gender and sexual orientation participation (2.0) until today, when the times call for a pluralistic view of the meaning of the term (3.0), and a truly inclusive approach. This interactive CLE reviews the evolution of diversity and provides tools and techniques to understand and implement Diversity and Inclusion 3.0, in order to create a more profitable and functional work environment.
