Leslie Spoltore Co-presents “How To Handle Custody & Visitation in Delaware”

Obermayer family law attorney Leslie Spoltore will co-present in a Delaware Volunteer Legal Services CLE titled, “How To Handle Custody & Visitation in Delaware.” The panel, scheduled for October 3, 2019 will take place in Wilmington, DE and will discuss the following topics:

  • Commencement Of Proceeding
  • Custody & Residence
  • Standard in Custody Cases
  • Emergency Hearings
  • Trial, Settlement, or Default
  • Modifications
  • Visitation

DVLS serves indigent residents throughout the State of Delaware by providing quality, pro bono legal services. Its mission is to ensure that those individuals without financial resources will receive the same access to justice in civil matters as other litigants.

This program has been approved for a total of two (2) CLE credits in Delaware and Pennsylvania (no ethics credit included). All Delaware CLE credits are free however, attorneys seeking PA CLE credit need to submit payment of $1.50/credit hour payable to Widener University Delaware Law School at the time of the seminar.
