Terry Mutchler, Chair of Obermayer’s Transparency & Public Data Practice, appeared on a national panel for SpotlightPa on March 17 regarding how to use public record access laws to obtain non-personal information regarding public health records. This event was part of Sunshine Week, a national initiative spearheaded by the News Leaders Association to educate the public about the importance of open government and the dangers of excessive and unnecessary secrecy.
