Madison is an attorney in Obermayer’s Litigation Department. She represents financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, healthcare providers, and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including product liability, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and breach of contract disputes. Madison is also a certified mediator.

Madison works hard to ensure a favorable and fair outcome throughout every step of the litigation process. She makes it her goal to ensure all relevant avenues are considered, working hard to fill in any gaps of information, from asking relevant questions, to having a well-rounded understanding of the legal precedent and how case law governs the dispute. Madison enjoys working with her clients and explaining legally difficult concepts to people and helping them understand how the law functions.

When not working, Madison loves to travel, being a dual citizen with the US and the UK, London is like her second home. Besides enjoying the outdoors, Madison is also an avid foodie. She likes exploring new cultures through their spices and different dishes and then trying to make them at home. When she was a teenager Madison won a baking contest with the food network!

Madison has extensive experience in all aspects of discovery and deposition preparation. She regularly advises clients regarding liability issues, potential avenues for coverage, and how new case law precedent can affect their interests.

Some of Madison’s more notable cases include:

  • Winning a Motion for Summary Judgment in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, saving her client thousands in potential insurance coverage.

In law school, Madison was a Parliamentary Intern at the Houses of Parliament in London, England. She was also a Human Rights Institute Intern at the International Bar Association London.
