Moonay to Speak at PBI Family Law Update

Hillary J. Moonay, recently returned attorney and Partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, will be speaking for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) at the Family Law Update in Philadelphia regarding the topic of custody. The Family Law Update will take place on Tuesday, October 16, at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building. It is an opportunity for attorneys to earn 3 CLE credits while also staying up-to-date on changes imposed by Act 21.

Moonay focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/ spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and related issues.
